    在電網建設中,架空絕緣導線與地下電纜相比,具有投資省,建設快,維護方便等優點,可迅速的推廣應用,然而絕緣導線遭受雷擊斷線的問題時有發生,成為電力配網安全運行麻煩的問題,國外有專家認為:“絕緣導線雷擊必斷線”。解決這個雷擊斷線問題相應的防范措施主要有“疏導”和“堵塞”兩種方式,“疏導”就是將絕緣子附近的絕緣導線局部裸線化,那樣使雷電工頻電弧弧根轉移或固定在特制金具上燒灼,保護導線免于燒傷,“堵塞”就是雷擊閃絡后阻止工頻續流起弧。上述兩種方法雖然都能防止雷擊斷線,但是仍存在不足,即絕緣導線局部裸線化將對導線的絕緣和密封有一定的影響。因而各種各樣架空絕緣導線防雷線夾的研制和開發得到了迅猛的發展,現在生產廠家眾多,品種規格繁雜,防雷效果相差懸殊。使用氧化鋅避雷器則施工復雜、投資大,并且避雷器中的氧化鋅閥片很容易氧化,有效期難以控制,目測無法識別是否失效,需檢測才能分辨,避雷效果自然也無法得到真正的發揮。為此我公司發揮專業優勢,應用本專業技術研發了JFLKB絕緣穿刺防雷線夾(“間隙防雷”), 它克服了原來產品存在的缺陷或不足,從最經濟的角度上滿足了架空絕緣導線防雷擊的需求,可廣泛適用于 10kV 及以下架空絕緣導線上。安裝不用剝除導線絕緣層,也不需要換原有的絕緣子及橫擔,僅加裝本產品即可,將該產品安裝在架空絕緣導線遭雷擊閃路的多發部位,當雷電的過電壓超過一定數量值,會在防雷線夾的高壓電極和低壓電極之間的空氣間隙中閃絡,形成短路通道。接續的工頻短路電流電弧的弧根固定在放電極上燃燒,從而保護架空絕緣導線的熔化斷線。安裝方便快捷,大大提高現場工作效率。產品經國網武漢高壓研究院、上海電氣輸配電試驗中心檢測,各項性能均達到國標。 率。產品經國網武漢高壓研究院、上海電氣輸配電試驗中心檢測,各項性能均達到國標。

    When constructing power grid, constructing overhead insulted cables are much faster, cheaper and easy to maintain than constructing underground cables. However, sometimes the insulated cables break due to lightning strikes, which is a headache for the operation of the power grid. Some foreign experts maintain that overhead insulated cables would surely break to lightning strikes. Precautions to be taken to resolve this issue is either to channel or to block. Channeling is to change part of the insulated wire to bare wire, thus transferring the lightning bolts to burn specially designed instruments rather than the wire. Blocking is to prevent power frequency arcing after lightning strikes. Although both methods could prevent the cables breaking, they are not perfect, since changing to bare wire impacts the insulation and sealing of the cables. Therefore, various anti-lightning devices are developed and produced. However, the numerous products vary in their effectiveness. Using zinc oxide arrester requires high investment and complicated construction, moreover, the zinc oxide

    valves are highly prone to oxidation. Thus longevity is hard to maintain and it cannot be visually determine

    whether the device has failed. Therefore, the arrestor is inconsistent. Our company has therefore developed

    JFLKB insulted piercing wire clamp. It overcame the deficits of its predecessors, and satisfied the need

    for lightning protection cheaply. JFLKB insulted  piercing wire clamp can be use to overhead insulated cables with voltage no higher than 10kV. It does not require peeling off the insulated layer to install, nor

    does it need to replace the original insulators and cross arms; it is simply an attachment. Place this product

    onto the cable and when the voltage of the lightning exceeds a certain level, a flashover would occur in the

    gap between the high voltage electrode and the low voltage electrode, forming a short circut pathway. The

    arc root of the power frequency arc would burning in the discharging electrode, thus preventing the

    overhead insulated cables from melting and breaking. The simple installation and elegant mechanics, greatly

    improves the efficiency. This product is tested by the Wu Han High Voltage Research Institute and the

    Shanghai Electrical Transmission and Distribution Testing Center, and its performance matches international standards.

    裸鋁線用的防雷線夾能夠妥善解決配電網 35kV 及以下架空裸鋁導線雷擊斷線問題。其原理為:將該防雷線夾安裝在絕緣子附近的裸鋁導線上(負荷側),保持一定的放電間隙(如下圖所示放電間隙 L1 為該線路所用絕緣子干爬弧距離的 90%),當雷電過電壓超過一定數值時,在防雷線夾的高壓電極和接地電極之間(L1 距離處)引起閃絡,形成短路通道,由于電動力的作用,電弧會逐漸背向電源方向移動,所以接續的工頻電弧便在防雷線夾高壓電極上(L2 距離處)燃燒,以保護導線和絕緣子免于燒傷斷線,直至變電所斷路保護開關動作

    1.裸線防雷線夾與導線必需緊密接觸,應能通過短路電流試驗,短路電流試驗用的短路電流有效值和持續時間分為兩檔:①短路電流有效值取 20kA,持續時間為 0.1s;②短路電流電效值取 10kA,持續時間為 0.5s。

    2.裸線防雷線夾應通過工頻大、小電流電弧試驗,試驗后高、低壓電極允許局部燒蝕,但絕緣導線無燒傷,絕緣罩無嚴重變形或開裂。大電流電弧試驗的短路電流有效值為 12.5kA,時間為 0.3s,試驗次數為 5次。小電流電弧試驗的短路電流有效值為 1.2kA,時間為 1.0s,試驗次數為 5 次。

The two electrodes are allow to burn but the wire should be intact, the insulated cap has no major deformation or crack. i. The current of the high frequency current arc test should have an effective value of 12.5kA, lasting 0.3s

    ① 裸鋁線用的防雷線夾適用于 P15、P20、PS15 型絕緣子,如遇其他型號絕緣子配合使用時,應與本公司聯系。不同標稱截面積的絕緣導線要選擇對應型號的防雷線夾。產品必須安裝在絕緣子的負荷側(受電側、非電源側),防雷線夾的燒灼部位必須與導線平行,并且垂直放置;在周圍空曠或無屏蔽的配網地帶建議每隔一根電線桿安裝一組裸鋁線用防雷線夾。根據絕緣子的型號參照說明書測量防雷線夾到絕緣子中心線的距離,要確保 D 和 L 的距離滿足下表安裝尺寸的要求,以便定位雷電閃絡路徑,使工頻電弧燒灼時不會損傷架空裸鋁導線和絕緣子

    Bare Wire Anti-lightning Wire Clamp is applicable for P15, P20, PS15 insulators. Contact our company when

    applying to other models of insulators. Insulated Wires of different sections should match different models.

    This product must be installed on the load side of the insulator. the burning part of the device should be

    parallel to the wire and placed perpendicularly. It is recommended that in open areas or unsheltered power

    grid, the device should be installed on every other pole. According to the model of the insulator, refer to

    the manual for the distance between the device and the middle of the insulator. Make sure that the distance

    between D and L satisfy the following table for the device to work properly.



    ② 安裝防雷線夾時,上壓板和下壓板必須上下平行放置,擰緊兩枚螺母。When installing the clamp, the upper and lower boards should be parallel, twist the two nuts.


    ③ 擰斷力矩螺母后,把鎖緊螺母擰上。After twisting off the torque nut, twist on the locknut.

    ④ 在絕緣子底部安裝引弧板,根據絕緣子的型號參照說明書調整防雷線夾至引弧板的距離,不同的絕緣子配套的引弧板形狀可能不一,訂貨時請告知被安裝的絕緣子型號或外型尺寸,確保 D 和 L 的距離滿足安裝尺寸的要求。

    穿刺型防雷線夾能夠妥善解決 10kV 配電網架空絕緣導線雷擊斷線問題。其原理為:將該線夾安裝在絕緣子(負荷側、受電側)附近的絕緣導線上,當雷電過電壓超過一定數值時,在防雷線夾的穿刺電極和接地電極之間引起閃絡,形成短路通道,接續的工頻電弧便在防雷線夾上燃燒,以保護導線免于燒傷。

It employs the mechanic of applying this device on a stretch of insulated wire near the insulator (location where lightning strikes), and the device would create a flashover between the punctuated electrode and the grounded electrode, forming a short circuit pathway. The arc root of the power frequency arc would burning in the discharging electrode, thus preventing the overhead insulated cables from melting and breaking.

    2. 力矩螺母控制擰緊力度,安裝時不必再使用專用的扭力扳手,用套筒扳手(或棘輪套筒扳手)即可安裝,那樣既可以使高壓電極與導體達到可靠的電氣接觸,又簡化了安裝的難度。
